Let’s just admit that women do not always tend to take the best diet. We are always so busy with work, family, or even studying that we forget to have three proper meals in a day. At least this is the case with me. I don’t like a heavy breakfast in the morning which leads me to consume a lot of junk food when I am at work before lunchtime. And when there is finally lunchtime, I am so full of the junk food that I eat that I do not have a proper lunch.
Though, doctors recommend that you fix any problem like lethargy, hair full or muscle weakness with diet rather than consuming supplements right away. But if you are unable to focus on your diet and are facing some symptoms like bone weakness, muscle weakness, lethargy, hair fall, or weakened immune system then you might want to take these supplements every day after a meal.
Disclaimer: If you are pregnant or have any diseases or other problems then consult your doctor before.
